Meta ads software for agencies: every client account in one view
aurexus puts the Meta ad accounts of all your clients on one screen: spend, clicks, leads and cost per result, summed up per currency. You stop switching between accounts in Ads Manager and go from the total straight down to a single campaign, ad set or ad.
Start is free forever — three ad accounts, one portfolio, no payment details.

Why agencies outgrow Ads Manager
Ads Manager shows the campaigns of the ad account you selected; to see another client, you switch accounts (Meta Business Help). With eight clients you open eight accounts every morning, set the same date range eight times and add up the totals in a spreadsheet. Each new client adds another round of this.
Meta also sets limits that matter for agencies. Meta's advertising standards ask you to run each advertiser or client in its own ad account and not to switch an established account to a different client (Meta Advertising Standards). And one person can manage up to 25 ad accounts (Meta Business Help). So the number of accounts grows with every client, and nobody sees them all at once.
One dashboard across all client accounts
aurexus connects your Meta ad accounts and shows them together. The dashboard sums up spend, clicks, leads and cost per result across all accounts, one total per currency. Below it, the campaign tree runs from campaign to ad set to the single ad, across every connected account.
The account filter groups your ad accounts by business portfolio, the same structure Meta uses, so you can look at one client or at all of them. The Agency plan has no limit on ad accounts and portfolios.
If you want to see how this looks with your own setup, the guide on managing multiple Facebook ad accounts walks through portfolios, access roles and a shared view. The dashboard page shows the view in more detail.
A copilot that knows each client's numbers
In the paid plans Pro and Agency, the aurexus copilot reads campaigns, budgets, audiences and results live from Meta at the moment you ask. You can ask why cost per lead went up for one client last week, and the answer uses that account's current data.
The copilot suggests changes and prepares drafts. Nothing changes in an ad account until you approve it on the approval card.
Agents that report while you work on other clients
Agents check a metric for you, once at a set time or every day at a fixed hour, including nights and weekends. When the condition you set is met, an agent emails you, pauses, switches back on or changes a budget. Every agent starts as a draft and only runs after a person approves it. Agents are part of Pro and Agency; the page on Meta ads automation has the details.
Team access and write permissions
From the Pro plan, you can invite colleagues with their own login and their own role per account: viewer, editor or owner. Write permissions are set per ad account and are off by default. aurexus changes nothing in an account, not even through an agent, until the account owner turns them on under Settings, Write permissions per ad account.
aurexus reads and writes only through Meta's official Marketing API. Meta has completed business verification, access verification and app review for aurexus.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a Meta Ads Manager built for agencies?
Ads Manager is the same tool for every advertiser. For agencies, Meta adds business portfolios: a client can share an ad account with your agency as a partner, with full control or partial access (Meta Business Help). Tools like aurexus sit on top and show all shared accounts in one view.
Why do agencies use a separate tool for Meta ads?
Because Ads Manager shows one selected ad account at a time. A separate tool adds totals across accounts, a campaign tree across clients, alerts when a number tips and an approval step before anything changes.
Can I check all client campaigns without switching accounts?
Yes. In aurexus the dashboard and the campaign tree cover all connected ad accounts. You filter by account or portfolio when you want one client only.
What is a Meta agency ad account?
In practice it is an ad account that an agency runs for a client. Meta's advertising standards require a separate ad account for each advertiser or client (Meta Advertising Standards). Usually the client owns the account in its business portfolio and gives the agency access as a partner.
