Affiliate Terms

These terms apply between you and Aurex Global LLC for participation in the affiliate program. The Terms of Service apply to your aurexus account in addition.

1. Participation

You apply using the form. We decide on every application ourselves and are not obliged to give reasons. Once accepted, you receive a personal code and a referral link. You act as an independent partner, not as our agent, and do not make statements on our behalf.

2. Who counts as your customer

• A customer belongs to you if they use your code on their first paid plan or registered through your link. A typed code takes precedence over a link.
• The attribution is fixed from the first paid invoice and does not change afterwards.
• Your own account and accounts economically attributable to you do not count.

3. Commission

• 20% of the net amount of every paid invoice of your customers for plan and additional seats, for up to 12 months after that customer's first payment. Credits and other services do not count.
• Commission arises only on amounts actually paid. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on it lapses; if it has already been paid out, we offset it against future commissions.
• A commission is confirmed 7 days after the customer's payment.

4. Payout

We pay out confirmed commissions twice a month, on the 1st and 16th, once at least €20 or $20 per currency has accrued. Payouts run through Stripe Connect, where you set up an account for this. We will tell you the form of settlement (self-billing credit note or your invoice) before the first payout. You are responsible for the taxation of your commissions and tell us your VAT status truthfully.

5. Discounts

• With your code, new customers save 25% in the first month of a paid plan. It applies only to customers who have never paid us before.
• As an accepted affiliate, you pay half for your own Pro plan. This applies unconditionally for the first 3 months after acceptance, and afterwards only as long as at least one new paying customer came through you in the last 3 months. Credits are excluded.

6. What you must not do

• share recommendations with a code or link without labelling them as advertising (for example #ad)
• run ads on the name “aurexus” or similar terms, or use our brand in domains, profile names or ads that suggest you are aurexus
• publish your code on coupon or discount portals
• send spam, buy or incentivise registrations, fake accounts or refer yourself
• make false or misleading statements about aurexus, prices or results

In case of a breach we may block you. Commissions from customers won through the breach lapse.

7. End of participation

You can leave at any time by email; we can end participation with four weeks' notice, and immediately in case of a breach. Confirmed commissions not based on a breach are still paid out afterwards. No new commissions arise; your code and link are deactivated.

8. Changes

We notify you of changes to these terms by email at least four weeks before they take effect. If you do not object, they are deemed accepted; if you object, your participation ends when they take effect. A change does not affect commissions on invoices already paid.

9. Liability, data protection, law

Section 8 of the Terms of Service applies accordingly to liability. How we process your data is set out in the Privacy Policy (section 6). You see only numbers about your customers, never names or addresses. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. In case of discrepancies between the German and the English version, the English version prevails.
